I had gotten my hands on a copy of the Rhapsody Developers Release 2 operating system and needed to get my hands on one of the six or so machines that could run it. Fortunately my prayers were answered and this lovely beastie came into my posession. YAY!!!
The original CPU was a 150 MHz 604, but I had replaced it with a Sonnet Crescendo 400 MHz G3 card. The name "potheadpixie" came about because I was listening to Gong as I was installing the OS. It asked for a hostname and it seemed appropriate at the time.
Since then, I had gotten my hands on a copy of the original pre-Aqua MacOS X Server and am now running that instead.
